Waqas Haque

Currently, Dr. Haque is completing a fellowship in Adult Hematology and Medical Oncology at the University of Chicago. He joined the program after completing his residency in Internal Medicine on the Clinical Investigator Track at New York University. Prior to his residency, he earned his medical degree from UT Southwestern Medical School, his MPH from Johns Hopkins, and his MPhil in business from the University of Cambridge, graduating with first honors.

Dr. Haque’s current work focuses on pharmacoepidemiology and value-based care. He is particularly interested in applying these approaches to new therapeutics and health equity. Dr. Haque is also the co-founder of Review of Systems, a platform designed to provide insights from Chief Medical Officers to clinicians and clinical trainees.
