Currently, Dr. Carr serves as Chief Medical Officer and Board Member at Kumanu, a cutting-edge technology company integrating neuroscience, AI, machine learning, and behavioral science to deliver scalable, transformative digital health solutions. Additionally, he holds the role of Chief Medical Officer for PFS, an SDVOSB (Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business), where he leads initiatives in health system innovation, operational efficiency, biomedical informatics, life sciences, public health, program evaluation, workforce resiliency, and behavior change.

With 25 years of leadership at GlaxoSmithKline, including serving as Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Carr contributed to global advancements in pharmaceuticals and life sciences. His leadership extends to serving as President of the American College of Preventive Medicine, advocating for preventive health and population medicine, and as a Flight and Preventive Medicine Specialist in the U.S. Air Force, where he gained hands-on expertise in operational medicine, human performance, and leadership under pressure.
